Almost everyone complains about weight problems. Of overweight can not only lose confidence, but also cause health problems such as diabetes and hypertension.


Some people tend to eat when they get depressed when they are bored,

when they are angry or when they are in a relaxed setting. this inevitably leads out taking extra kilos. Moreover, poor lifestyle, poor diet and lack of exercise can also be the cause. Remedy 1:

Take one glass of warm water. Add in 1 teaspoon ground black pepper,  tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix well. Drink this solution for about 3-4 months.





Remedy 2:

Take one glass of warm water. Throw in 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix well. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach. It is important to do physical exercise to lose weight. Do yoga or go walking early morning. The cabbage consumption is very effective for burning fat. We recommend to replace one of your meals with a bowl of cabbage cut into small pieces. Watch your diet and take care of you.
