Hair loss- Dandruf -Hair Care


Hair loss (baldness):

Baldness has no direct impact on health, but it can cause a state
psychological stress in many people.
Symptoms or causes of baldness: include the constant hair loss, training
bald plates,
a receding hairline and thinning hair, especially in women.

Poor diet is the most important cause of baldness.
Vitamin B6 and folic acid are essential to the growth and vitality of your
hair.
The absence of one of these elements can cause hair loss.
Stress, fatigue and anemia may also reduce the vitality of your hair
and cause the loss of these.
If you do not take care of your scalp, it is possible that it blocks and weaken
your hair follicles located in the scalp.
In some people, it happens that hair loss is an inherited problem.
Here are some remedies from Ayurveda we offer in order to stop the fall
of your hair.

Remedy 1

Take a bowl of red currant juice (called "amla" in India).
Add in 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well.
Apply it all over your scalp, leave on for half an hour and rinse
then with water.


Remedy 2

Insert 15 to 20 curry leaves in a bowl,
add to it the skin of a lemon, 3 tablespoons of powdered soap nuts (sapindus)
 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and 2 tablespoons mung beans.
Crush all in very small pieces.
Pour mixture into a glass bottle.
Use this solution instead of your regular shampoo or soap.

Remedy 3

Pour 4 cups water in a saucepan and boil for it a handful of leaves
neem.
Let cool and then collect the liquid. Use the decoction obtained for
rinse your hair.
Watch your diet and take care of you
